Do you have a retail store?

No, we are an online-only store. All products listed here on Saints One are in stock - once an order has been placed and payment has been made, we will ship it out within one working day, and it will also arrive in one working day.


Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide, but our one working day policy only applies to orders shipped locally in Singapore.

In addition, we ship to hotels in Singapore. As our payment methods are mostly catered to local customers, we have introduced a new method - Cash on Delivery (COD) - for customers who are visiting Singapore and wish to purchase from us.


Are your products authentic?

Yes, all our products are genuine and authentic. Physical receipts/invoices will be included where available, with any personal details removed. We will provide a full refund if our products are found to be replicas, fake, etc.

Product defects due to Quality Control issues such as glue stains, loose stitching are not considered as fake and will be made known to you if there are any before you purchase. Should we find any QC issues after you make payment, we will inform you promptly via your contact number and/or email.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Bank Transfer¹PayNow², and Cash on Delivery³.

¹ Bank Transfer: transfer the total amount (inclusive of delivery and/or taxes, if any) to the account below, and send it to 81022369 or email us at with proof of transaction (e.g. screenshot) and order number:

² PayNow: simply send the amount stated in the order total (inclusive of delivery and/or taxes, if any) to 83661796 (SAINTS), and leave a comment with your order number.

³ Cash on Delivery: please prepare the exact amount in Singapore Dollar (SGD). Orders to be paid via COD will be subjected to 3% charge on the order value.

Please note:
Your order will not be sent until we receive payment to the above account unless you choose Cash on Delivery.
Your order will be sent out within 1 working day.

Orders that are unpaid will be cancelled after 1 working day. Please contact us if you require a time extension.


How long will it take for my order to get to me?

Once your order has been shipped, we will update you with a tracking number, and your order will be delivered the next working day. In the event of a delay caused by issues such as incorrect shipping information, this estimated time will take longer, and we will keep you updated regarding the status of your order. Please bear in mind that we have no control over these delays, and we also wish to get the shoes to you as soon as possible.
