Do you have a retail store?

No, we are an online-only store. All products listed here on Saints One are in stock - once an order has been placed and payment has been made, we will ship it out within one working day, and it will also arrive in one working day.

 

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide, but here on Saints One, our one working day policy only applies to orders shipped locally to Singapore addresses.

For customers who are visiting Singapore and are staying in temporary accommodations such as hotels, please contact us if you wish to purchase from us and we will make arrangements for Cash On Delivery (COD) if possible.

 

Are your products authentic?

Yes, all our products are authentic and brand new with its original box and accompanying tags and accessories (if any). Physical receipts/invoices will be included where available, with any personal details removed. We will provide a full refund if our products are found to be replicas, fake, etc.

Product defects due to Quality Control issues such as glue stains, loose stitching are not considered as fake and will be made known to you if there are any before you purchase. Should we find any QC issues after you make payment, we will inform you promptly via your contact number and/or email.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Bank Transfer¹ and PayNow².

² PayNow: simply send the amount stated in the order total (inclusive of delivery and/or taxes, if any) to 83661796 (SAINTS SG), and leave a comment with your order number.


Please note:
Your order will not be sent until we receive payment to the above account unless you choose Cash on Delivery.
Your order will be sent out within 1 working day. If you placed an order on Friday, we will only ship it out on Monday, and you will receive it on Tuesday.

Orders that are unpaid will be cancelled after 1 working day. Please contact us if you require a time extension.

 

How long will it take for my order to get to me?

Once your order has been shipped, we will update you with a tracking number, and your order will be delivered the next working day. In the event of a delay caused by issues such as incorrect shipping information, this estimated time will take longer, and we will keep you updated regarding the status of your order. Please bear in mind that we have no control over delays caused by e.g. accidents, courier mishandling.

Orders will not be delivered on Sundays, Eves of Public Holidays and Public Holidays. You can arrange for self-collection by dropping us an e-mail or a text message. Contact details can be found here.
