We’ll deliver your stack to your door each month, with your first month’s supply usually dispatched within 48 hours.

You will receive your first DNA test kit in Month 1, and your second with your Month 6 stack package. 

To complete your DNA test, you should follow the instructions enclosed in the packaging. It is very simple, and saliva based. You should then return your sample using the pre-paid packaging provided.

The Saints One app is your access to longevity 360°. Here you can connect with your concierge, record your consumption, review your DNA test and lifestyle data, and so much more. The Saints One App is available for iOS and Android, and is free to download with full access included in your membership plan.

You can manage your subscription online, and pause, cancel, or update anytime.

To qualify, you must follow the Longevity Success Guarantee Protocol:

1. Continuous Supplementation: You are required to take the recommended dose of Saints One supplements daily for at least six months, logging each dose in the Saints One app upon consumption.
2. Longevity Concierge Guidance: You should follow all guidance received from your Longevity Concierge and provide feedback.
3. Longevity Concierge Engagement: You must engage with your Longevity Concierge, feeding back on your progress with them at least twice a month for at least six months. You should also provide them with required data.
4. Initial and Six-Month Biological Age Test:
   • Upon signing up for Saints One you will receive your first biological age test kit. This should be used to determine your initial biological age marker.
   • After six months, use the second provided biological age test kit. This test will determine the change in your biological age once compared against your initial marker.
5. Mobile App: You must download the Saints One app, regularly feedback and update your progress, and connect your devices to Apple’s HealthKit / Google Health. 
6. Supplement Packaging: You need to keep and return supplement packaging from the past six months for verification purposes.
7. One Guarantee Per Household: To prevent abuse, only one Longevity Success Guarantee can be activated per household.
8. The Guarantee:

   Should your biological age on your second test not be lower, or the same, and you have followed the Saints One protocols as listed above, you will be entitled to apply for a refund.

   Should your biological age on your first test be lower than chronological age, and remain lower, or be the same, as your chronological age on your second test, you will not be eligible for a refund.
